One cup of millet, 2 cups of Emmer berries, Half a cup of buckwheat, one cup of arrow root starch
2.5 cups of water; could have used a little little bit less
Rise time, two hours and 10 minutes
--> turned out very good

--> times 1.5 for mill things:
3.5 tsp of baking powder
salt
3.5 ish cups of warm water
almost no rise time (10min maybe)
oven 440F
--> didn't turn out good because of short rise time

3 cups water. maybe too much water

no knead bread recipe with 2 cups of spelt unground 2.5 cups of water (was too much water ) tiny bit of quinoa risen for 3 hours
baked for an hour at 365
