Rice Cakes with Cabbage Ingredients Garlic, sliced Ginger, sliced Soy sauce Rice vinegar Black vinegar (Chinkiang) Sesame oil Bell pepper, sliced Cabbage, chopped Rice cakes Sesame seeds Birds eye chili Sugar Instructions Fry up sliced ginger and garlic for a few minutes until fragrant. Add bell pepper and cabbage, stir fry for a few minutes and then cover. Toss after a few minutes and cover again. Add the rice cakes when the cabbage is tender. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, black vinegar, sugar, and chili to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds.
